Like the windscreen, the glass roof is made of pre-tensioned, splinter-free laminated securityglass.
When opening the glass roof, a specially developed draught deflector extends automatically.
The roof opening surface area on the 911 Targa is 0.45 m².
The folding rear window is opened up by two gas-pressure springs.
